The Moore County Home Builders Association established a “home of the Year” competition in 1991.  Pinehurst Homes, Inc. is a consist award “ WINNER” year after year.  Competition is judged by Architects, Designers, and Builders from adjoining areas not affiliated with the local organization.  Pinehurst Homes, Inc. has earned the following awards:

Home of the Year (under $75,000) and
